Student Success Statement

“When I do good, I feel good. When I do bad, I feel bad.”
Abraham Lincoln

I agree with Abraham Lincoln because it is true, when you do good you do feel good and when you do bad you really do feel bad. For example, if you see someone who drop some money and they needed that money to pay for their kids lunch and you return it you feel good and the person rewards you for doing that. If we switch the story to the bad side then you take the money and you think it was good. Then you see the person and their kids starving and you leave with the money because you didn’t care. You have that bad feeling for the rest of your life because of what you did.

“Take responsibility for your own body, mind, spirit, for your own physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.”

Mr.Haymore

I agree with this quote because you are the only one responsible for your own body, mind, spirit, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. For example when we have P.E and you don’t dress and go to the doctor, the doctor tells you that your overweight. You start to blame your P.E teacher but in reality it was your fault for not taking responsibility for your body. An example for responsibilities for mental would be talking to someone about something instead of holding everything to yourself like if someone told you these horrible thing you should tell someone instead of keeping those words to yourself. Final example for spiritual would be go out and have fun with your friends and family instead of watching Netflix alone in a dark room.

Student Success Statement

“We need the courage to start and continue what we should do, and the courage to stop what we shouldn’t do.”

Richard L. Evans

I agree with Richard L. Evan because courage solves everything to start it and to end it for the good and for the bad. For example you must have to courage to tell someone the truth and must have the courage to face the consequence. Another example could be that if your getting bullied you must have the courage to not get attacked by the feelings but if they attack you must have the courage to tell someone what is happening.
