Conditions affecting the physical, mental, or emotional health of the patient are assumed to be treatable by stimulation of the surface of the ear exclusively. The purpose of this treatment is for people to deal with and recover from substance abuse. Certain pressure points in the ear can relieve one’s stress, anxiety, excessive sensitivity, hepatitis, etc.

Salary: $38,000-$137,000

Education: The training and education requirement for acupuncture technicians is 70 hours, 30 hours of classroom work and 40 hours of supervised hands-on acupuncture work in a clinic.

I don’t think I would like to be one because I’m not good around needles and especially around the ear because the ear is really sensitive in my opinion.
