Student Success Statement

“I hated poverty. Poverty is more of a choice than anything else, and I can change that (poverty). It depends upon how hard I want to work, and decided that I would change it.”

~Dr. Ben Carson

I agree with Dr. Ben Carson’s quote because at first you don’t want to do something like chores or wash dishes in his case read but your forced to do it anyway. After 2 weeks or so your kind of getting the hang of it like he did with his reading. When you start to notice that your enjoying what you hated at first doing, now you do it with pleasure and its your choice now to do it than to be forced when you started.
