Today in class we watched an amazing video about Western Oregon University vs. Central Washington softball team.

The video had to do with 3 girls, one from Western Oregon Sara and 2 girls from Central Washington Mallory and Liz. Sara from Western Oregon never made a home run in her life until the day they had the game with Central Washington. When it was her turn to hit the ball she made the ball go over the fence and she ran but then suddenly something bad happened to her. She injured her knee and couldn’t walk but nobody on her team could help her because they would be disqualified. When suddenly Mallory and Liz from Central Washington decided to help her make her home run, Sara said yes and Mallory and Liz carried her to every plate on the field and made her get a home run. Instead of seeing people cheering and “hurray” them, they saw tears of happiness. In the end Central Washington was out of the game but they were still happy that they helped Sara make her homerun!
